Step 2 · The ranking

All 8 agencies, scored

Every price is the figure published on the provider's own site on the date shown. Where a provider publishes no figure, the cell says so.

Registered: company number found in a public register. Not published: no registration or price on the provider's site. Recorded as missing information, not as a fault.

Prices appear in the currency each provider publishes them in. Nothing is converted. An exchange rate is a moving number, and converting would turn a figure you can check on their own page into an estimate you would have to take from us. Sorting by price therefore orders by whether a price is published at all.

Where each cell comes from
  1. The provider's own price page, read on the date shown in its row. Prices are recorded in the currency the provider publishes and are never converted.
  2. Site footer, About page and Terms of Service: trading name, registration or tax number, published address.
  3. The provider's own terms or refund page for what happens if an application is refused.
  4. Public company registers: DBD for Thailand, ACRA for Singapore, and the Lawyers Council of Thailand for law offices.

Category winners

6 categories, 6 different providers. No single agency is best at everything, and any page telling you otherwise is selling something.

Best overall
quick-visa.cc
Highest score across all eight criteria, and the only provider here covering four visa categories with a fixed price quoted up front.
Score 83 / 100 · decided on all eight criteria
Best for DTV
dtvvisathailand.org
Built for one visa and nothing else. The requirement list is published in full, including the parts that most often get applications returned.
Score 79 / 100 · decided on scope and published requirements
Best for retirement
Siam Legal International
Highest-scoring provider covering this category, and the only one publishing both a fixed package price and a Lawyers Council registration number.
Score 68 / 100 · decided on entity, pricing and scope
Best after a refusal
Issa Compass
The only provider that puts the refusal case in writing before payment: service and government fees refunded, or a free re-application, with the exclusions named.
Score 59 / 100 · decided on written refusal policy
Best budget
FITFAC (dtvvisathailand.com)
Lowest published figure on this page, 9,000 THB for document review. No company registration is published, which is why it scores 47 and not higher.
Score 47 / 100 · decided on published price against verified facts
Best for in-country extensions
Integrity Legal
Publishes the one-year in-country extension as a named service rather than folding it into a consultation.

  • Document collection, review and preparation
  • Application filing and submission on your behalf

Government fees are set by the consulate and are not refundable on refusal. That is the consulate's rule, not ours. Our own terms are agreed in writing before payment.

Registration

Quick Visa (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Bangkok. Registration number supplied by the company: 0205549442193. We could not confirm it in the DBD register, so it is recorded as stated rather than verified, which is the treatment any provider here would get.

Not stated on their site
  • A public price page. The figure is quoted on request.
  • A registration number confirmed in the DBD register.
  • A stated response time to a first enquiry.
Recorded as unknown. A missing figure is not evidence of a bad figure. We simply could not verify it, and unverifiable items score zero rather than negative.

Methodology

Eight criteria, all of them checkable by you

18
Legal entity verified
Company or law-office number found in a public register, matching the trading name.
15
Published fixed pricing
A figure or range on the provider's own site, reachable without an enquiry form.
14
Written scope of work
What the fee covers, per visa type, and what it excludes.
13
Refusal and refund policy
Stated in writing before payment, including what happens to government fees.
12
Years on public record
Registration date, not a claim of experience made in marketing copy.
10
Named staff accountability
At least one named person responsible for files, contactable directly.
9
Stated response time
A published commitment on first reply, not our own experience of it.
9
Post-approval support
90-day reports, re-entry permits, and extensions covered or priced.

The score is the weighted sum of these eight, out of 100. It is computed from the individual marks, so a position cannot move unless a specific mark changes, and every mark cites where it came from.

Deliberately not scored
  • Star averages from review platforms
  • Claimed approval or success rates
  • Testimonials and case stories
  • Social following or ad spend
  • Speed of reply to us as researchers
Conflict of interest

QuickVisa maintains this page and operates two of the services on it: quick-visa.cc (position 1), dtvvisathailand.org (position 2). Both are scored on the same eight criteria by the same reviewer, and both lose points on the same undisclosed items as everyone else. Holding the top two places on a ranking you publish is a reason to check the source links, and every mark has one.

What no visa agency can promise

No private service can guarantee that your visa will be approved. That decision belongs to the Thai consulate or immigration office handling your file, and it is theirs alone.

What an agency can legitimately do is assemble a complete, correctly formatted application, tell you which requirement you do not yet meet, and file it on time. That is the whole of the service.

Treat a guaranteed approval, a promised processing time, or an offer to arrange an outcome through a contact as a reason to walk away. No agency on this page scores points for any such claim, and any provider making one is removed from the ranking.

Do you even need an agency for this one?

Paying for help you do not need is the most common avoidable cost in this market. Each verdict below rests on a rule from the fact base, cited on the card.

DTV
Worth it for mixed income
If you are employed remotely by one company and your documents are already in English, this is a form-filling exercise you can do alone. Help earns its fee when income comes from several sources, when an employer will not issue a letter, or when the qualifying activity is a course rather than a job.
Agency fee ฿9,000 to 45,000, as published Best scored: dtvvisathailand.org
Retirement (O / O-A)
Usually worth it
Financial evidence is where these applications fail, and the accepted options differ between a consulate abroad and an immigration office inside Thailand. Someone who has assembled both versions will tell you in one conversation which one you already meet.
Agency fee USD 150 to 699, as published Best scored: quick-visa.cc
Education (ED)
Ask the school first
The school issues your supporting documents and often files on your behalf. Paying an agency on top duplicates work already inside your tuition. Check what the school covers before you buy anything.
No agency publishes a price in this category Best scored: quick-visa.cc
Family (O)
Depends on the paperwork
Straightforward when the marriage is registered in Thailand and you hold joint documents. Worth help when the marriage was registered abroad, or when the relationship evidence is thin on paper.
Agency fee USD 150 to 699, as published Best scored: quick-visa.cc
Privilege
Go through an authorised agent
The programme has an official application route and a published list of authorised agents. An intermediary outside that list adds a fee without adding standing. Confirm any agent against the official list before paying.
No agency publishes a price in this category Best scored: Siam Legal International
LTR
Worth it above the paperwork line
The application itself is not hard. Qualifying is a documentation exercise across income, assets and employer standing, and assembling proof that satisfies the reviewing board is the whole of the job.
Agency fee USD 150 to 699, as published Best scored: Issa Compass

Questions we are actually asked

Yes. Submitting an application prepared by a representative is normal practice, and consulates accept it. What is not legal is paying for an outcome, and no provider on this page offers that.

Because review averages in this market are trivially bought and impossible to audit. Everything scored here is a document you can open yourself: a price page, a register entry, a written refusal policy.

You should check it rather than trust it. Both entries are ours, both are scored on the same eight criteria as everyone else, and every score cites the page it came from with the date it was read. If our own entries are generous, the source links are how you catch us.

Because that is how each provider publishes them, and we do not convert. An exchange rate is a moving number. Converting would turn a figure you can check on their site into an estimate you would have to take from us.

It means we could not confirm the item, so it earned nothing. It is not an accusation. Ask the provider directly, and if they answer in writing, that answer is worth more than a page on our site.

It can stop a file being returned for a missing document, which is the usual cause of delay. It cannot move your application up a queue, and any promise of a fixed number of days should be in writing before you pay.

Prices and registrations are re-read quarterly, and immediately if a provider or a reader tells us something has changed. The verification date at the top always reflects the last full pass.

Ask about your own case

One reply from a person, telling you which category fits and whether you need an agency at all.

We reply with guidance, never with a promise of approval. Your details are not passed to the agencies ranked here.
